Refund Policy

Returns Accepted Within 30 Days

  • We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customer Responsible for Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during return transit.

No Restocking Fee

  • We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. Your refund will include the full purchase price of the product.

No Final Sale Items

  • All items are eligible for return. We do not have any final sale items that cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible, with no additional cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process upon receipt of the item.
